Refund policy

At Just Pillows we stand behind our products, we want our customers to enjoy their bedding essentials as much as we do. 

We offer refunds on stock items within 7 days of purchase, and exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds and/or exchange will only apply after inspecting returned item(s) to ensure all items are in perfect condition and in original unopened packaging. A payment will then be refunded or credited according to original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all merchandise that has been deemed suitable for return according to the aforementioned.

For hygienic reasons and the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original unopened packaging. For purposes of this policy an original unopened package is deemed to be the condition the sealed package was intended from the manufacturer (Just Pillows).We do not accept items that have been washed or used.

The cost of shipping any items returned to Just Pillows will be paid by the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not offer refunds on custom orders, which include custom measurements, custom stitch colours and non-regular stock items.
