Are your products covered by a Warranty?
Absolutely! All our products come with a guarantee against manufacturing defects.
How long is my product covered for?
The length of the warranty period varies by product: pillows and linens 2 years, duvets 4 years.
What is considered a manufacturing defect?
A product defect caused by the manufacturer (that's us!) is covered under warranty. Examples of manufacturing defects may include stitching that comes apart, or a significant amount of leakage. Issues caused by the customer like normal wear and tear, down shifting with use, spills, or rips are not covered under warranty.
We cannot cover products under warranty that have not been cared for properly.
What are the Care Instructions for your products?
Down & Feather Products – Pillows and Duvets
Products filled with down and feather should not be washed at home. Down and feather are very sensitive to moisture. If any moisture is left inside the product, mold, mildew, and other bacteria can develop. Besides, most home machines are too small for bulky bedding products, which can cause additional wear and tear on the fabric!
For duvets, with proper use of a duvet cover, your duvet will need to be washed rarely if ever, however if you feel it is in need of a wash, we recommend seeking out a professional launderer who specializes in down products to do the job.
Microfibre Down Alternative Products – Pillows and Duvets
Products filled with microfibre can be washed and dried at home in large machines on a low heat setting.
Your sheets will keep getting better after every wash and should be changed every week or so, alternating between sets to preserve quality.
Wash on a cool or warm cycle, and line-dry naturally to preserve fibers, colors, and elasticity. If you are using a dryer, choose a low heat and a low tumble cycle.
Please note that caring for your product improperly may result in invalidation of the warranty.
What is your Return Policy?
